Weekly tool box safety talks are distributed to all site Superintendents. Each week a safety discussion is conducted on every construction site. Specific topics are discussed as well as recent injuries, unsafe acts, best practices, and safety performance updates. These weekly meetings are the vehicle used to communicate upcoming work requiring special precautions for their crew.
