Comments from our customers
The City of Lima would like to thank Tuttle Construction for the work they did on the Lima Downtown Streetscape Project. From Project Manager Brent Stechschulte to Superintendent Tim Hamilton, Foreman Chad Keiser and the workers, the project was handled professionally with excellent communication a key factor in the quality of the job. The City would not hesitate in working with your people for future projects.

I would like to thank your team on the fantastic job they did on the Wound Center clinic area wall project. We are pleased with the design which allows the curtains to be pulled securely to the edge leaving no "gap" which helps maintain the patient's privacy. Wound Center staff informed me the work crews were minimally disruptive and were so quiet and clean – many times they were not even aware that anyone was working.
The Tuttle Team obviously pride themselves in going above and beyond for us and certainly they have surpassed our expectations on this project!
Thank you for handling this project so quickly and efficiently.

On behalf of Jeff Wray Architects, I am happy to recommend Tuttle Construction to any client for their construction project. Having collaborated over the course of several years on the Orr-Statler Block Restoration, we can attest to Tuttle's commitment to quality and professionalism at all levels. Tuttle's contribution to making this project a success was noted throughout the project by both the Owner and the Architect, and is due in no small part to your role as project manager.
This was a challenging project, technically and logistically. The Building was gutted and unsafe flooring and roofing removed. A new steel structure was inserted to reinforce the existing structure, as well as all new MEP systems, all the while maintaining the historic integrity of the project. This $20,000,000 project was funded using state and federal tax credits, as well as new markets tax credits, which required a great deal of record keeping, and strict adherence to guidelines for the restoration work. With the project taking place in the center of the city, good relations with neighboring businesses were maintained, and automobile and pedestrian traffic managed safely. Continuous contact with City officials regarding the logistics of the construction project ensured both good communication and managed expectations.
I look forward to the opportunity to collaborate again on any future projects.
